Hard-Fi and Jay Sean will play the Love Music Hate Racism Carnival on April 27 in Victoria Park.
The ska-rockers and UK R&B star will top the bill at the event, which marks the 30th anniversary of the Rock Against Racism movement. The 1978 event featured a concert from The Clash and 100,000 protesters on the streets of London.
Other acts on the lineup include Roll Deep, Patrick Wolf, The Paddingtons and The Specials' Jerry Dammers.
Speaking about their involvement, Hard-Fi told eFestivals: "I think people sometimes try to just brush aside racism and hope it will go away, but you need to get your voice heard - who can shout the loudest?
"Music brings people together, racism divides - united we stand, divided we fall."
Jerry Dammers commented: "The BNP are like the daleks; no matter how many times they're defeated they don't get the message. But they're not from a fantasy and we can't be complacent and relax the struggle against them.
"Everyone should do everything they can to counteract them, and I urge anyone who can to attend and donate to LMHR Carnival 08."
It was rumoured in February that Pete Doherty and Babyshambles would headline the event.
