Speaking to the Associated Press, Nelly said: "We still might get a chance to get it off. We're saving it. We might repackage it for the holidays."
Nelly's new LP Brass Knuckles features collaborations from LL Cool J, Fergie, Snoop Dogg and Akon.
Springsteen plays a series of outdoor concerts in the UK in May.
