The singer has been training hard at the Millennium Dance Complex in LA recently after being approached with a new £50 million deal which would see her get back on the road.
"Things are looking up for Britney," a source told the News of the World. "She's finally focusing on her career again."
Though Spears has been successful with her new album Blackout, this has been overshadowed by her high-profile personal problems. Her live performances at a secret comeback gig last summer and at the MTV VMAs in September were also widely criticised.
An insider added: "There will be no more on-stage blunders. Britney's turned a corner and the world will be amazed with her."
