The US rapper will be joined by Moby and Mark Ronson at the two-day event in Stratford-Upon-Avon, which takes place on July 25-26.
Other acts confirmed to play are Robyn, Roisin Murphy, Tiesto, Sam Sparro, 2 Many DJs and Sasha.
It is rumoured that West will bring his Glow in the Dark tour to the summer bash, which features N.E.R.D, Lupe Fiasco and Rihanna.
The show will be the hip-hop star's only UK festival show in 2008. Tickets are on sale now.
