The veteran punk band will top the bill at the fifth annual bash, which takes place at Clapham Common on Sunday, August 24. They will be joined on the main stage by Supergrass and Gogol Bordello.
The XFM stage will feature Nash, Reverend and the Makers and The Maccabees, while the Time Out Stage will host Gossip, Soulwax Nite Versions, The Presets, Boys Noize and Mylo.
Get Loaded in the Park was launched in 2004 as a reunion concert for Manchester baggy legends Happy Mondays.
Early bird tickets go on sale on Thursday, April 17.
