Published Tuesday, Apr 15 2008, 14:24 BST | By Simon Reynolds

The Washington rapper, 23, recently signed to Ronson's Allido record label and the Brit winner told the Daily Star that Wale could produce a "classic" debut album.
Ronson said: "He's incredibly intelligent. I feel like Wale is kind of picking up from Kanye’s generation to a whole new generation. He has all the elements to make one of those great classic hip-hop debut records."
Ronson is scheduled to play this year's O2 Wireless Festival, which takes place at London's Hyde Park on July 3-4.
