The former Jam singer previously worked with Gallagher on the (What's the Story) Morning Glory? track 'Champagne Supernova'.
Speaking to Radio 1's Newsbeat, Weller said: "Well me and Noel have been talking about trying to write something for years now. He had the idea for the backing track and I just put the tune and the words on top."
Gallagher's track will be 'Echoes Round The Sun', while Coxon performs on 'Black River'.
"We worked on that early last year, Graham plays drums, backing vocals and guitars," said Weller. "I think among most musicians you just get on with it and enjoy it, and it's fun and just a joy to do."
Gallagher's band Oasis and Coxon's Blur were fierce rivals at the height of Britpop in the mid-'90s. The groups both released singles during the same week in 1995 and Blur overcame their rivals, seeing 'Country House' top the British charts.
However, Oasis achieved greater commercial success thanks to their album (What's the Story) Morning Glory?.
