The event will take place on Hop Farm in Kent on July 5 and will feature big names from international comedy along with musical acts.
No bands have been confirmed for the lineup, though Razorlight and The Horrors have previously appeared on the Mighty Boosh TV show.
Promoters Vince Power and Phil McIntyre said: "We thought long and hard about putting on a comedy festival and convinced The Mighty Boosh that they were the right choice for the first major open-air comedy festival of its kind."
