Duffy leads the nominations in this year's Mojo Honours List, picking up three nods in the breakthrough act, song of the year and best album categories.
Alex Turner's Arctic Monkeys received two nods, with his side-project group The Last Shadow Puppets also getting two nominations.
The yearly awards are run by monthly music magazine
Mojo. Editor-in-chief Phil Alexander said: "Once again the nominees for the Mojo Honours List are representative of genuine musical quality.
"In an increasingly disposable age, they represent music that’s built to last.
"There is a sense of authenticity and integrity that runs through all of these artists and
Mojo is proud to celebrate their achievements."
