The show, which will take place at La Cigale on July 2, is an invite-only bash that will be filmed and broadcast around the world.
Ronson's band The Version Players will be joined by Duran Duran singer Simon Le Bon at the gig.
The producer is currently working on Duran Duran tracks, but wouldn't reveal which hits he would be covering.
Speaking about the collaboration, Le Bon said: "[Mark Ronson is] one of the biggest talents to have emerged in recent years.
"He's taking popular music in a new, exciting and fresh direction. He also looks great in a well cut suit, and has the blood and voice of an Englishman."
