Bahrain MPs object to Haifa Wehbe gig

Bahrain MPs have approved a motion to ban Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe from performing in their country.
The politicians urged the government to ban the former Miss South Lebanon because of her provocative and raunchy stage shows.
Organisers of Wehbe's concert promised that the popstar would dress appropriately for the gig. However, one MP claimed that Wehbe spoke with her body, not her voice.
Wehbe, who began her music career at the age of 16, was included on People magazine's recent 'most beautiful' list.
The concert is scheduled to take place on Wednesday.
