The former Beatle's latest studio album was released on Starbucks' Hear Music label last summer, but has only sold 100,000 CDs to date.
McCartney follows in the footsteps of Prince, Simply Red and UB40, who have all given away records with the newspaper.
Speaking about the deal, Stephen Miron, the newspaper's managing director said: "If you look at how he came to do the Starbucks album deal, it was a result of feeling unhappy with the music industry and looking at alternative ways of distribution.
"I can't think of anyone else who has come up with the right alternative distribution than us."
Memory Almost Full will come free with the paper on May 18.
