The reality TV star will team up with Steve Paulden for a version of 'Better The Devil You Know' at the annual bash.
However, McManus claimed she wouldn't be donning the Aussie popstar's famous gold hotpants for the performance because "not even a gay man" would find it attractive.
She told the Daily Record: "I'm singing at Blackpool Pride this weekend and the organisers pick a singer every year to duet with compere Steve Paulden.
"We are doing a duet of 'Better The Devil You Know' and I've only had a couple of days to learn it.
"We're doing it on Saturday and I'm quite nervous. But not even a gay man could stand to see me in gold lame hotpants, so I won't be wearing them. The only gold I'll be wearing will be the gold wedges on my feet."
McManus releases a new single 'Different Beat' in June.
