Faulkner: 'I don't care about breaking US'
Published Sunday, May 18 2008, 09:34 BST | By Nick Levine and Neil Wilkes

The Surrey-born star, whose debut album Hand Built By Robots reached number one in August, recently journeyed across the Atlantic in a bid to crack the lucrative US market.
When asked whether he found the process daunting, he told DS: "It would be if I really cared. I think if you care too much about making it somewhere you're going to drive yourself insane. I think you're much better going in and just hoping for the best."
However, Faulkner also revealed that his relaxed approach seems to be paying off, saying: "The people over there working on it seem really happy and I think the radio stuff's gone well, so that's a good start."
