The Glasgow band revealed that Elvis's daughter is a huge fan of their music and requested a meeting with the group when she visited Edinburgh.
Singer James Allen told BBC 6 Music: "They came to Scotland to visit...they’d never been there before. Well, Lisa Marie had never been there before, and she called while we were in Glasgow at the time.
"She called basically saying she’s in Edinburgh, do we want to meet up and we were like 'of course'.
"And we flew to Edinburgh, we met - we just went to a pub and we just had a nice night."
Glasvegas's debut album will be released in August or September.
