Sugababes and The Feeling will also perform at the bash in Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh. It takes place on June 1 and kicks off a series of summer shows around the UK.
Gnarls Barkley pulled out of the concert last week so that they could focus on promoting their new album The Odd Couple.
The concert will be broadcast on T4 and will be hosted by Dave Berry.
