The programme will see various rock, indie, pop and folk acts perform at the O2 arena's intimate sister venue throughout the summer. It is hosted by former TMi presenter Caroline Flack.
Former Jam frontman Paul Weller headlines the first gig, which will also have performances from The Courteeners and Scouting For Girls.
Other acts performing during the series include The Charlatans and The Zutons.
Speaking about the new show, Flack said: "I have always been a great fan of live music so presenting this is very exciting for me personally.
"The lineup is amazing and I can't wait to get the chance to watch some great bands perform in such an intimate setting and bringing the same feeling to people in their living rooms."
