Kathleen Firrantello alleges that the hip-hop stars have used a sample of her father's music without consent, reports Reuters.
The lawsuit, which has been filed to the US District Court in New York, claimed elements of Farrell's track 'Upon This Rock' appeared in songs by all three artists.
Firrantello is seeking $1 million in damages and requested that the sales and performances of the tunes be stopped.
Record labels Def Jam Music Group, Roc-A-Fella Records, Universal Music Group, Interscope Records, Geffen Records and A&M Records are all included in the lawsuit.
