The Fratellis found a support act for a recent gig while visiting a kebab shop in Camden.
Solo musician Dan The Marathon Man met the Glaswegian rockers at a North London takeaway called Marathon.
After impressing the trio, he was asked to perform with them at an album launch in Camden Dingwalls earlier this week.
The Fratellis release sophomore album Here We Stand on June 9.
