Arctic Monkey works with Tony Christie

Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner will appear on Tony Christie's new album.

The 'Is This The Way To Amarillo?' singer has recruited the young rocker for a cover of the Arctics' track 'Only Ones Who Know'.

The tune is originally from the Sheffield band's sophomore LP Favourite Worst Nightmare.

Other musicians guesting on the record include Jarvis Cocker and Richard Hawley.

Speaking about the collaboration, Christie told NME: "Alex has said he's up for it and he'll pop in to work on it."
