After their cartoonish debut 'Love Me', Stooshe decided to showcase their vocals with sultry Motown-flecked follow-up 'Black Heart'; the change in pace resulted in their most commercially successful cut to date. It will therefore come as no surprise then that the trio want to give their tight harmonies another airing, but is covering a TLC classic really the best way forward?

It must be said that soft flourishes of brass and light guitar strums blend with the girls' on-point vocals smoother than a Starbucks cappuccino. However, after proving themselves as one of 2012's most promising original pop acts, covering a much-loved '90s anthem still feels like a strange move. Maybe it's a gripe only us over-25s will niggle at - after all, introducing a younger generation to TLC's greatest can only be a good thing, right?
