The Boyzone star, who is currently appearing in Dancing On Ice, beat hundreds of other entries, including one by his bandmate Ronan Keating, to win a place in the final five.
The Sun reports that Graham wrote his song 'Baby, Nothing's Wrong' for his wife Karen.
"I'm thrilled to be in the final five of the Ireland's Eurovision selection," Graham said. "It would be a real honour to have the chance to represent my country. I'm a huge fan of the Eurovision and Ireland have a great track record within the competition, so to be in with a shot and to have the opportunity would be a dream come true."
He added: "I wrote the song for my wife so it would be fantastic, if I was lucky enough to be picked, to perform a song that's so special to me."
Graham and the four other finalists will perform their songs on the Late Late Show on March 5 and the public will vote for their favourite.
