The Daily Mail reports that the 26-year-old 'strutted around seductively' on stage in fishnets, hotpants and a skimpy top at the 2008 Bambi Awards in Offenburg.
Spears is due to appear on The X Factor tomorrow night ahead of the release of her sixth LP Circus, due out on December 2. The booking will see her reunited with her former choreographer, Brian Friedman, who said her performance of 'Womanizer' will be "incredible".
The star's mother, Lynne, had earlier told Lorraine Kelly on GMTV that her daughter's life was finally on the up. Spears recently collected three gongs at the MTV Video Music Awards and two awards at MTV Europe Music Awards.
