The 'Outta Here' singer claimed that the Irish twins are not old enough for her, but insisted that she would be willing to go for dinner with the pair.
"I actually saw them on Sunday at the Capital FM show. They were walking down the hallway and I pulled through the window and said, 'Hey!'" she told Digital Spy.
"I can't work out which one is which, but one of the guys came running down and said, 'We love your music'. They were really nice.
"They're kind of young for me. I don't know how old they are but they look younger than me! I'm sorry. I would have dinner with them and be friendly, they seem like really nice guys!"
According to recent reports, John & Edward were desperate to arrange a date with the 21-year-old and described her as "the new Britney".
Denters, who is signed to Justin Timberlake's Tennman Records, is supporting N-Dubz on their December UK tour.
New single 'Admit It' is released on December 28. Her debut album Outta Here follows on January 11.
