He told The Sun: "The record's one you could play in the car with the windows down when the weather's good."
The newspaper also reports the song's sound as a mixture of Lily Allen, Paolo Nutini and UB40.
Murs recently stated that he did not want to be compared to Robbie Williams, insisting: "I don't want to be his dummy."
