The former X Factor contestant, who finished fifth in the show's 2008 series, premiered the track 'Burn' online earlier this week.
An official release date is yet to be confirmed, but Lorenzo's YouTube channel has set a date of "early 2011" for the track.
Since being eliminated from the reality contest, the singer reportedly signed a record deal with EMI/Virgin, a rival to Simon Cowell's Sony BMG subsidiary label Syco.
She was also reported to have written a song for mentor Dannii Minogue called 'Because You're Beautiful', admitting: "I said if she wanted to sing it she could have it. We got in the studio and it was so much fun."
