The X Factor star will team up with the 'Touch It' rapper for a track to be included on her "ingenious" debut album, which is due for release this summer.
Teasing the duet further, Lloyd stated that she was proud to help pen her material and called for more artists to make their voices heard on their own records.
"It's a big part of being an artist," she told The Sun. "If you can't sit with someone and write your own tracks, what's the point of doing it? They're not your songs. They're somebody else's."
The 17-year-old also confirmed that she was no longer in touch with her X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole, but accepted: "She's busy. I know she's thinking of me."
Big-name artists approached to contribute to Lloyd's album include Lady GaGa, Britney Spears, Rihanna and Keri Hilson.
The release of the Malvern teen's first single 'Swagger Jagger' was recently marred by a fire breaking out on the set of the song's music video.
Lloyd is due to perform at T4 On The Beach in Weston-super-Mare next month.
