The pop four-piece, who missed out on the X Factor finals last year, have been snapped up by one of the world's biggest music publishers Sony ATV and are the first act to be signed up by major new entertainment outfit FarWest Music.
The Reason 4 are also under the guidance of Eliot Kennedy, who was one of the driving forces behind pop acts including the Spice Girls and Take That.
Kennedy said of the group: "Once every decade or so there are these phenomenal artists that come along. I have been lucky enough to work with a few of them... this decade it's The Reason 4.
"Not since the Spice Girls have I felt this excited about a new project. They are that good."
The man-band's debut single was co-written by themselves along with Andrew Murray, who has previously worked with Gary Barlow and Craig David.
'Take It All' will be available to download on August 7 in the UK, with the group's debut album Crying Out Loud slated for an autumn release.
