Paije Richardson has unveiled his debut single 'Bang Bang'.
The former X Factor contestant has been raising money to record his first album via fan contributions on the Pledge Music website.
"Its been a little while in the making but finally I can announce my debut album is close to completion and I am teaming up with the good people at PledgeMusic to ensure that you guys can get a copy of the record ahead of general release later in the year and definitely before it hits the stores!" said Richardson.
"A percentage of the proceeds from this pre-release project will be donated to War Child International. I would like to say a massive thanks in advance and I hope you enjoy this experience as much as I am going to, we'll have some fun that's for sure."
Richardson was eliminated in week seven of series seven of The X Factor, when only Dannii Minogue voted to save him rather than Cher Lloyd. The voting figures later showed that Richardson had received more of the public vote than Lloyd.
