The singer-songwriter appeared on Saturday's (August 25) show on ITV1 performing her self-penned track 'Last Night' in front of the judges.
The 20-year-old explained that the song was about "beer fear", the worry of waking up the morning after a night of heavy drinking.
As of Sunday evening, 'Last Night' has climbed up to number three in the iTunes download chart, below Sam and the Womp's 'Bom Bom' and last year's X Factor winners Little Mix.
Spraggan self-released 'Last Night' on her album Top Room at the Zoo last year.
She tweeted earlier today: "Number 5. You lot are absolutely amazing. #beerfear."
The singer was also seen getting an Olly Murs tattoo on this week's Xtra Factor.
