The group, who previously appeared on the ITV2 sister show Xtra Factor, admitted they were keen to sing on a live results show.

Faye Tozer told Digital Spy: "Lots of people have said they'd love to have a Steps week. Unfortunately everything was completely booked up - it's just one of those things."
Ian 'H' Watkins then added: "They wouldn't have us!"
Lee Latchford-Evans continued: "It would be good to go on X Factor and perform and have an X Factor week."
Asked on their opinion of contestant Rylan Clark, Claire Richards quipped: "I think he's probably got quite a lot of Steps inside of him!"
