The 18-year-old spoke about her debut single 'You Bring Me Joy' beating Tulisa's 'Live It Up' to the top ten last September.
The former X Factor contestant reached number two in the charts last year with her debut in the same week that judge Tulisa failed to enter the top ten with the second cut from her debut album The Female Boss.
"I loved beating Tulisa," Lily told the Daily Star.
The 'You Bring Me Joy' singer came third in the 2011 series, which saw Tulisa's group Little Mix become the first group to win the show.
Tulisa hit number one earlier last year with her debut solo single 'Young' but both her second and third singles have failed to reach the top ten. 'Live It Up' reached 11 whilst ballad 'Sight Of You' went in at 18.
Lily's second single 'Shut Up (And Give Me Whatever You Got)' will be released on iTunes this Sunday with her as-yet-untitled debut album to follow later this year.
