Alphabeat flattered by 'Strictly' cover

Jade Johnson and her professional partner Ian Waite performed a quickstep to 'Fascination' - a Top 10 hit for the Danish group last year - on week three of the celebrity dancing contest.
"When something like that happens, you know you're really in the mainstream," group member Anders B told DS.
"I think a year or two ago we'd have thought it was a bit uncool, but now we take it as a compliment. If it's on that show, it means a lot of people know and like the song."
Alphabeat also revealed that they are pleased with the response to new single 'The Spell', which features a dancier sound than previous offerings.
"I've only seen good reactions so far," said singer Stine Bramsen. "Some people have said they didn't like it the very first time they heard it, but after about five plays they started really loving it."
'The Spell' by Alphabeat is out now.
