The 30 Rock and Glee star will take the stage with The New York Pops at the illustrious concert hall on November 18.
Jackson will perform standards like 'Luck Be a Lady' and 'Feeling Good' as well as modern hits.
Organisers have promised that Jackson "will take audiences back to the Mad Men era, when bossa nova was new and dance music was smooth and hip".
Conductor Steven Reineke will be the concert's musical director.
Jackson got his start on the stage, starring in the Broadway plays Finian's Rainbow, Damn Yankees and Aida.
The actor married his long-time partner Monte Lapka in September after more than 11 years together.
