The former boyband star will return with the track 'All She Needs' on July 4, he confirmed on his official Facebook page. The tune has been previewed on his MySpace profile.
"It will be hitting the radio very soon.... hope you like it," wrote Bowers.
The 30-year-old scored seven top ten singles with Another Level before they split in 2000. He went on to have a solo career, which included a number two hit collaboration with Victoria Beckham.
His last musical outing came with the reality TV boyband Upper Street, who reached number 35 with their only single 'The One' in 2006.
