The Script frontman revealed that all of his acts from the BBC One show have joined him in the studio to show him their material for possible contracts in the future.
"We've been talking to Max, and everyone's been coming to the studio with their stuff so its been great," he told ITN.
O'Donoghue's bandmate Mark Sheehan added: "Max Milner and Bo Bruce will have huge careers as artists."
Speaking about Bo Bruce, O'Donoghue said: "The week after the final, Bo went to number two on iTunes. It just showed that even though Leanne won, Bo was really kicking it with the younger generation."
Sheehan revealed that the final six Voice UK acts have been signed up by management companies since the show ended.
"They've all been picked up by management companies, the last six have. Then from there pretty much record labels will be looking at them, yeah."
Sheehan's positive comments appear to dismiss recent reports that Bo Bruce had caused unrest between O'Donoghue and members of The Script.
Jessie J has reportedly been offered a £500,000 deal to rejoin the panel of The Voice UK's second series next year.
