Anders has already signed three recording artists to contracts with Anders Music Records - Disney Channel regular Shane Harper, Montana-based Zac Poor and singer Ben Burgess.
Despite the label's first release, Harper's debut single 'One Step Closer', only reaching around 3,000 digital sales so far, the producer has said that his label aims to nurture new talent over time.
"We are here to develop artists," Anders told Reuters. "There is no timetable to getting it right."
Despite the age range of the signings being between 18 and 24, the producer added that his label won't be confined to one specific type of singer.
"I'm 35 and I tend to gravitate towards younger artists," Anders admitted. "But if the singer is 30 and the music's great, I'll consider it."
Earlier this year, Glee surpassed Elvis Presley as the artist to have had the most songs chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
