'Glee' cast sing Tom Jones, Barbra Streisand in preview songs - listen

Lea Michele returns as Rachel in Season Three of Glee

The Glee cast have released five new tracks ahead of the show's UK return tonight.

The season three premiere, titled 'The Purple Piano Project', will feature members of the cast performing Tom Jones's 'It's Not Unusual' and Barbra Streisand's 'Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead'.

Glee's New Directions will also perform a group rendition of Hairspray classic 'You Can't Stop The Beat'. All of the new songs are available to download from iTunes now.

Since their 2009 debut, the Glee cast have sold over ten million albums worldwide, with over 33 million songs digitally downloaded.

The singing TV stars have passed The Beatles for the most appearances among non-solo artists in the Billboard Top 100 chart's 52-year history.

Glee returns to screens tonight at 9pm on Sky1.
