Nine 'Idol' tracks enter US singles chart

Allen, who won the eighth season of the TV singing contest last Thursday, registers five new entries on the Billboard Hot 100, the highest of which is a number 11 debut for his winner's song 'No Boundaries'.
Meanwhile, four tracks by runner-up Lambert enter the countdown, led by a cover of Tears For Fears' 'Mad World' at 16.
Last year's American Idol champion David Cook posted 11 new entries on the Billboard Hot 100 in the week after the show's final.
Elsewhere on the US singles chart, Black Eyed Peas notch up an eighth week at number one with 'Boom Boom Pow'.
Lady GaGa remains at two with 'Poker Face', while Jamie Foxx and T-Pain hold steady at three with 'Blame It'.
The highest new entry comes from the cast of US TV show Glee, who land at four with a cover of Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin'.
