Lambert album 'tops Amazon charts'

The American Idol runner-up, who signed a record deal with RCA and 19 Recordings in June, worked with Lady GaGa producer Red One on several of the LP's tracks.
The 27-year-old's as-yet-untitled record, which will be released on November 24, is available to pre-order on the website and has jumped to the number one position, MTV reports.
Lambert has bested sales of upcoming discs from Mariah Carey and Barbra Streisand. He has also surpassed Madonna's Greatest Hits collection and reissues of The Beatles' remastered catalogue.
