Adam Lambert: 'Iraheta is so talented'

Adam Lambert has reportedly described fellow American Idol contestant Allison Iraheta as "so talented".

According to Just Jared, the 'Whataya Want From Me' star, who appeared with Iraheta on the last season of Idol, told Latina magazine that he is confident she will become a successful artist.

"She's so freaking talented, I know it's going to happen," he is quoted as saying.

"The first time I heard her album, I was in a car with the windows down and I was just dancing and rocking out to it. It's going to take some time but she'll get there."

Iraheta reportedly added that life has been "really good" following her stint on Idol, saying: "I don't want people to see me and immediately think, 'Oh, that's the girl with the red hair who was on American Idol'.

"I want them to say, 'That's Allison Iraheta. She's a great artist who makes real music and has something to say - and she rocks."

Iraheta will reportedly open for Lambert on his upcoming 'Glam Nation' tour.
