The season ten contestant will release the LP through Wind-Up Records on November 21, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Durbin signed with the record label earlier this summer, saying: "They are true music fans that want to see me have a long career as an artist."
He announced the name of his album on Twitter this week, writing: "[It is called] MEMORIES OF A BEAUTIFUL DISASTER! Means looking back on events in my life, to see the beauty in the pain. (sic)"
Durbin added: "We had a really positive meeting about picking a single last night. Y'all are gonna love it!!! And wait til you see the cover!! Soon to come... Original artwork will be featured in the album & merch!
"Also I'm trying to design as much of the merch as possible. I wanna give the best gear I can into the hands of the best fans... in the world!"
Durbin was the fifth American Idol season ten contestant to secure a record deal, following in the footsteps of winner Scotty McCreery, runner-up Lauren Alaina and fellow singers Pia Toscano and Haley Reinhart.
He spent the summer touring with the American Idol top 11.
