Alphabeat: 'Boyfriend'
Most people will already have made up their minds about Alphabeat. If you weren't wooed by their B52s-meets-Wham! singles 'Fascination' and 'Fantastic 6', and haven't been dancing to their debut album since June, it's unlikely you'll be won over by their latest release, the giddy, uplifting 'Boyfriend'.

While the freshly-spruced British remix may lack the lo-fi charm of the Danish original, there's still more fun packed into these three minutes than most bands will achieve in a lifetime. With syrupy-sweet vocals from singer Stine Bramsen, plenty of disco chimes and an infectious singalong chorus, it's nigh on impossible not to submit to this charming, irony-free gem. Still not converted? Well, frankly you're a fool.
