Gym Class Heroes ft. The Dream: 'Cookie Jar'
Released on Monday, Sep 8 2008

'Cookie Jar' finds Travis McCoy rapping about his fondness for "biscotti Italianos", "macadamia Caucasians" and "butter pecan Puerto Ricans" - he's just a "cookie-holic", apparently. Thanks to a few witty lines and some glistening pop production from The Dream - the man who gave us 'Umbrella' - this is a whole lot more entertaining than it probably should be.

Love this song...but I don't think that people are getting the other (not as obvious) meaning, the fact that Travis was (possibly is?) addicted to perscription drugs. So, not just about women, a deeper meaning too. Incredibly catchy...rather embarassing to catch yourself singing it on a busy street.

The subject matter, I don't like but the beat and Dreams vocals are amazing. I like a song where the lyrics make sense and I think Travis was amazing. It was nice that we got to see the other band members apart from Travis more!

A supremely bad song, worthy of an illiterate twelve year old, but undeniably catchy.
