On paper, the track itself sounds almost as messy as the new Bond theme. The list of ingredients: stadium rock drums, shedloads of synths, bursts of folky guitar, keyboard sounds last heard in 1987 and plenty of Anthony Kiedis-style rapping. But it's all held together by one of the year's most infectious pop choruses, which makes it stupidly enjoyable as well as a little bit stupid.

I agree with your review. If you were to put the lyrics on paper and show them me I would say "AWFUL" but once the song has come together its quite amazing and an excellent debut!

This song is extremely catchy and strangely uplifting. If it had been released earlier in the year it would have been a total summer anthem, but as it is it is just a feel good tune. Allbeit even if doesn't look so good on paper.
