Electrovamp: 'Drinks Taste Better When They're Free'

It's about time Electrovamp had a hit. The continuing rise of The Saturdays shows there's an appetite for girl groups who aren't Girls Aloud or Sugababes - and Welsh minxes Tammy and Tally tick all the necessary boxes to follow suit. With filthy cackling laughs, oodles of attitude and a passion for electropop, they're primed for mainstream attention.

'Drinks Taste Better', which mocks rich fellas who reward chat-up lines with free bottles of champers, is as trashy as a night on the lash with Kerry Katona. The mixture of thumping beats, computerized vocals and cheeky one-liners ("It's all in how we flutter our lashes") is carried off with plenty of attitude and despite a stench of club 18-30 tackiness it's pretty hard to resist.
