'Don't Believe In Love', the trailer single from album number three, is a surprisingly low-key comeback - just as tasteful and soothing as you'd expect, but also rather gloomy. "When I don't believe in love," she ponders, "Why do you care for me?" It lacks the all-conquering chorus of 'White Flag' or 'Thank You', but this could persuade the naysayers that there's more to Dido than meets the ear.

What a downer album, not one upbeat song. If this is where Dido is mentally now, she must be regretting becoming a rich pop star. Take Prozac before listening...

well... I totally agree.. I have listen to the whole CD..to be honest I was very disappointed...from the eleven songs I liked 2 only..don't believe in love and look no further....well.. for me I could identify with don't believe in love as it seems to talk from a commitmentphobe point of view. which is me unfortunattly..but this CD is just not like any previous work of dido..(in a bad way)

It's an interesting choice for lead sing but eventhough it's missing the big chorus, it's still Dido genius. :) It's a great track and you can chill out to it and sing along to it. Welcome back Dido! :D

I quite like the song, but the taste and interest for it start to fade away after a few listens.

She makes perfect music that just makes you want to slit your wrists. Very Depressing, Very dull.

Low-key here meaning dull? This song is the sonic equivalent of a fistful of sleeping pills.
