Based around a lively Ronson-esque drumbeat, 'Sandcastle' finds Solange worrying about a cad who's earned himself a reputation with the ladies. Her vocals are the silky stuff of modern R&B, but her cries of "Ba ba ba ba ba-by" on the chorus have more than a hint of '60s girl group to them. Somehow managing to sound irresistibly catchy without resorting to tacky hooks or key changes, this track should get Beyoncé looking nervously over her shoulder.
