What better time, therefore, to reissue 'Paris Is Burning', her shoulda-been smash from last summer. It's a perfect introduction to the Ladyhawke sound - eighties-ish in a Molly Ringwald could dance to it kinda way, but fresh and modern enough to sit alongside the La Rouxs and Little Boots arriving on the scene. Best of all, like almost everything on her terrific debut album, it's got the sort of chorus that makes your feet twitch and your heart sing.
