That's right, thanks to uber-trendy producer and TV On The Radio mastermind Dave Sitek, Nick Zinner's jagged guitar riffs have been ditched. In their place we get surging, pulsating beats that transform the band into a wholly different beast from the one we heard on 2006's Show Your Bones. Coming off like a smutty Blondie dosed up on red bull, on this form the second incarnation of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs could even outdo the first.

At first I was really unsure about this song but it is a definite grower. It doesn't have their signature style guitar riffs but it does make up by being a great disco/electro/indie song. I much prefer their signature sound but this is a new direction they are going in and I'm liking it.

Amazing. Different from their other work but still as stylish as ever, only they would dance around in shopping trolleys in san fransisco with disco lights outside.
